Cristian Solís is an attorney with extensive experience in natural resources law, particularly in the mining and water sectors, covering both the establishment and strategic management of concessions and permits. He has specialized in environmental permitting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the viability of projects at different stages of development.

He also has broad expertise in corporate law applied to the mining industry, including the incorporation and structuring of mining companies, drafting and negotiation of mining, supply and service agreements, as well as the management of mining titles and resolution of disputes related to mining property rights.

In the area of dispute resolution and litigation, he has participated in administrative sanctioning proceedings, coordinating legal defense strategies and regulatory advisory before public authorities and supervisory agencies. Alfonso Domeyko Letelier is an attorney with extensive experience in natural resources, mining and regulatory law, with a professional background spanning both the public sector and private consulting. He has held senior leadership positions, most notably serving as National Director of the Chilean National Service of Geology and Mining (SERNAGEOMIN), where he led regulatory oversight and enforcement activities within the Chilean mining industry.

He has broad experience in the development and advisory of projects related to mining, water rights, infrastructure and real estate, covering legal, regulatory and administrative matters. Throughout his career, he has worked at various law firms and led his own consulting practice, advising clients on permitting, regulatory compliance, concessions and territorial regulation matters.

Within the public sector, in addition to his role at SERNAGEOMIN, he served as Chief Legal Counsel at the Ministry of National Assets, where he supervised the administration of public properties and participated in the drafting and processing of significant legislative initiatives related to natural resources and environmental matters. He has also worked in municipal administration and at law firms specialized in administrative, regulatory and environmental law.

Additionally, Alfonso serves as professor of the Mining Concessions course in the Master’s Program in Administrative Law at Universidad de los Andes, and of Public Assets in the Diploma Program in Real Estate Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
