He has held senior leadership positions, most notably serving as National Director of the Chilean National Service of Geology and Mining (SERNAGEOMIN), where he led regulatory oversight and enforcement activities within the Chilean mining industry.

He has broad experience in the development and advisory of projects related to mining, water rights, infrastructure and real estate, covering legal, regulatory and administrative matters.
